2026 Nissan LEAF® Platinum+. Enjoy your drive with fewer disruptions with LEAF’s improved range and quick and simple charging solutions like Plug & Charge, which automatically handles payment at compatible chargers — once activated, all you need to do is plug in.
Fast charge
This passenger-side NACS port delivers integrated Level 3 fast charging, so you can grab quick fill-ups on the road at a growing number of providers, including Tesla® Superchargers.
Standard charge
The driver-side J1772 port is ideal for routine charging at home, the office, or while shopping. Plug into a standard 120 V outlet (Level 1), a 240 V appliance outlet (Level 2), or a public station. You can top up every night, but on average you’ll only need to recharge once a week.
Portable charge cable
Charge on the go with a compact J1772 portable charger that works on any 120-V (Level 1) outlet or 240-V appliance (Level 2) outlet. A portable charge cable is included with the vehicle.
Plug & Charge
Experience charging — simplified. With the NISSAN ENERGY Charge Network, just plug in at a compatible in-network station and let the system handle the rest. Once activated, it’s safe, secure, and simple. Your payment will be automatically processed so you can get on with life.

You can even use LEAF as an emergency power source to keep essential appliances, like refrigerators, up and running in case of a blackout.
